Goals and vision

Our mission: Touch the ones that will reach thousands for Christ.

We started out as a small group Bible study movement, but today IP is also a church planting movement. IP staff helped in planting eight new churches in Simpheropol, Kherson, Cherkassy, Kharkov, Yalta, Lviv, Gitomir and Kiev. We pray that many more churches will be planted and that these churches will in turn plant new ones.

Our vision is to start ministry in all 26 regions of Ukraine. We pray that the Lord would bring to Himself thousands of educated people and through them would touch the hearts of millions of Ukrainians. We pray for a spiritual revival amongst the educated people of Ukraine, and we thank God that He uses us as His messengers to those people.

Goals of our ministry:

• To bring people to Christ (evangelism).
• To help new Christians grow spiritually (discipleship).
• To equip Christian leaders (multiplication).
• To plant living, multiplying churches.

Basic principles of our ministry:

• Strengthening personal relationships.
• Facilitating leadership style.

These principles are the basic means that all IP staff will be guided by in order to realize the functions and forms of the ministry.

Main forms of ministry:

• Bible study groups.
• Life transforming groups (LTG).

Additional forms of ministry:

• Personal meetings.
• Topical seminars.
• Training seminars.
• Evangelistic and Leadership Conferences.
• Evangelistic and Leadership Camps.
