I heard the voice
of the Lord,
saying,
Whom shall
I send,
and who
will go for us?
Then said I,
Here am I;
send me.

Alyona Bobko from Kiev team has written a letter to the “International Partnerships” staff sharing her revelations from God:

What do you think about when you look at this picture? What images appear in your mind and your imagination?

I want to share my ideas with you. I see God’s temple that is not finished yet and not perfect yet. It has no roof, and windows are still with no glass. They still look like ugly dark holes. The brick is not covered with paint and there are no doors. The yard has the same view-– neglected, with no gates and fence. There is so much to be done and finished. However, even now we can see Great Master’s touch that is going to change everything, fill it with life, and turn it into a beautiful temple. Now we can only see the process...

When you look at your neighbor, your husband or a team member, what do you see?

In 1 Corinthians 19 it describes us as the temple of the Holy Spirit. But our temple is probably unfinished. There are so many areas that need to be worked on. In some people we see different unattractive traits of character, in others--darkness and ugliness. Each of us has much to be worked on and lots of things to be finished. But if you look intently, you’ll see the great Master’s hand in every person. If you have problems with your team member or spouse, just try to imagine what will happen when he or she is in heaven with the Lord--shining in His glory, happy and beautiful, cleaned and purified, forgiven and with no spot.

Dear friends, I believe that you all are beautiful, and I will see you shining in God’s glory walking close to Jesus. When I think of that, the admiration and delight with each of you fill my heart.

I thank God for this wonderful future! May each of us be like an unfinished building, and let us not only see the process now, but how our Master’s hands change us every day into His image--opening the beauty of eternity!

With love, Alyona.
