"And three cords twisted together are not quickly broken" but we're 46 staff, labourers together with God and tens of other people that actively participate in our ministry. That’s why it’s impossible to break this defence.

Twice a year all staff gathers together for a training conference. Each of us is waiting for this time with impatience. And in February 11 – 17 all our big family met in the country of Kiev for solving very important and rather urgent questions. It was a working conference “The Purpose Driven Life” where the work of the whole organisation was evaluated and new plans and strategies discussed. Except working seminars we had lots of sessions on spiritual development, such as “You were planned for God's Pleasure”, "What on Earth am I here for?", "You were created to become like Christ", "You were shaped for serving God" and others based on the book by Rick Warren.

The time that we spent together in prayers and worship are precious minutes that always filled with spirit, inspired and gave more strength for making hard decisions and more humbleness during hot discussions. At the beginning of March a group of four people will meet for summarizing all results of the conference and making new strategic plan of IP for the next 5-10 years. Pray for God’s blessing of this plan and fulfilment of all goals and strategies and for us to hear His voice always.
