In February our big IP family was celebrating our 10th anniversary. Time has passed so unbelievably fast since the ministry was just started by Nick and Maia Mikhaluk in 1997. We have grown from having only two people and one team to having 50 people on staff and 12 teams in 11 cities in Ukraine and a lot of partners outside Ukraine. God has been doing great work through this wonderful organization and through its people. Each person in IP is unique and valuable. Nothing could be done if these young men and women hadn’t once said “yes” to God’s calling. Nothing could be done without prayers, help with the English projects, and the financial support of our western partners.
     In February, the whole family went to the Carpathians for a retreat and celebration. We had the opportunity to have fellowship, celebrate together, go skiing, have fun watching drama and video clips prepared by each team about their ministry in the city, remember God’s blessings, and glorify Him for that.
     “It was the most precious and exciting time for me to reconsider my calling and renew my passion for the ministry”, said Sasha Fedun from the Kiev team. And that is how most of people felt after the retreat. May God bless their hearts for being so committed to joining Him in His work.
