Rejoice with us!
God is changing lives!
ZHITOMIR
There is a lady named Luisa who attends one of our Bible study groups. When this group first started she was very quiet and seemed almost invisible. She never participated in the discussions and only answered the questions if they were addressed to her personally. After six months passed, I started to notice how God changed Luisa’s life and heart. Luisa became very active in the group discussions, asked many questions about the Scriptures, and started to share Christ at her work place. It is a real miracle to see people accept Jesus Christ into their hearts. Luisa witnessed in front of the group that God changed her life and will continue His work in her heart.
Rejoice with us! God’s large family has one more child! Halleluiah! Praise the Lord! Several months ago it became vivid that God was doing something in Zhanna Nikolaevna’s heart. She shared wonderful things with our group – that her heart was full of joy and happiness, that she had smiled at someone who had offended her, and that she wanted to be useful to everyone around her. The main thing is that now Zhanna understands what Jesus meant when he said: “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10). I don’t know exactly when Christ came into Zhanna’s heart, but I can see real changes and the fruit of the Spirit in her life. It is so great to see God changing hearts and lives. He does this so carefully, wisely and in His appropriate time. I am so thankful to Him!
CHERKASSY
We first met Alla Zubko at a “Crossroads” seminar. Now she is studying at Chernigov Law School. Alla has cerebral palsy but she goes out for track and field athletics. She has already achieved good results and has even participated in European competitions. Her goal is to get to the Olympic Games for the disabled. Last year Alla accepted Christ into her heart. After that, we didn’t have the opportunity to communicate with her very often since she lives in the village. When we do see her, we really enjoy spending time together. The last time we got together was in March to celebrate Women’s Day. We invited both believers and unbelievers to come and share the miracles that God had done in their lives. Alla shared her story with us. She had two victories in Zaporozhie and two records overall in Ukraine. She owes all this to God. She also shared how He is taking care of all her needs. It is so good to see and understand that God is using us to bring people to Christ! He is really great!!!
