I heard the voice
of the Lord,
saying,
Whom shall
I send,
and who
will go for us?
Then said I,
Here am I;
send me.

September, 2003

Study is the light, as we all know. “International Partnerships” staff holds to this truth and gathers twice a year together for training, sharing their experience, fellowship, encouraging and inspiring each other.

In September our big “IP” family came to Kiev for another training conference. All our family meetings have the form of interactive seminars. Some of our western partners, such as Myles Lorenzen, Gerald Parker, Curt and Lois Mackey also took part in the conference and gave seminars.

Every morning during the team Bible study the Holy Spirit filled us with His power and wisdom; and every night He was speaking to us through His children’s sermons. In one of the evenings we were watching and then discussing a movie that also made us meditate and think.

Everything that is going on during these 6 days is done for all of us to reveal something new or repeat what has been forgotten, look at our ministry and ourselves from a different point of view, get inspired and leave with new strength, new thoughts and ideas. It’s important that this conference would make us a bit more wise, kind and strong.

Alexandra Fedun from Kiev team got answers to some of her ministry questions:

“What hasn’t I done yet?” or "What could have been done better?" – I asked myself almost after every Bible study group longing to see spiritual growth of each participant. I came to the conference with these questions unsolved. At every session Holy Spirit revealed more and more answers showing the significance of a constant prayer for people, Christ-centered fellowship and, what is most important, that He touches and burns people’s hearts.

The conference is over but the joy still fills my heart with gratitude and desire to burn for Him more and more as I see Him working in people’s lives.
