New Challenge For New Staff.

What’s waiting for us as new staff? What future has God prepared for me and my team? Fear and excitement, faith and hope, uncertainty and optimism - all these contradictory feelings belonged to the new staff when they started their ministry in the cities. October has become a very busy month for most of them and brought new understandings and new experience.

The Vinnitsa team just completed their first English school with almost 50 people attending. It’s been a new challenge that gave them some new lessons to learn and helped in teambuilding. They have started several English + Bible study groups as a result of the school.

Olya Kolomiets from the Zhitomir team is actively participating in her team’s life. She’s preparing topics for team discussions, getting ready for the English school and building relationships with one of the lay leaders.

Ilona Prokopenko from the Cherkassy team is already leading English + Bible study groups. She is also meeting with her friends-unbelievers that have been to their summer-camp and is beginning to build relationships with them.

Igor and Ira Samohina and Sergei Bermas have been with the Odessa team for almost a year already and have become a very important and strong part of the team.

New people bring new opportunities and open ways to new ideas. May God bless their ministry and their life!
