Stories about us! Kharkov. The team is actively cooperating with the municipal public organizations. For example, recently at one of the meetings of the organization SYouth XXI,T Natasha Kiselyova was awarded a prize for active participation in the work with city youth. This month there was the first wedding in the church. In December, the team is planning to organize a local 2-day church conference to unite the church. They plan to involve the church lay leaders in planning and preparation.

Cherkassy. The group SThe Volley-ball and the BibleT is actively developing. People are changing; learning how to humble themselves, control their emotions, and how to forgive. After the game, there is tea and discussion. People in the group themselves suggested reading the book of Proverbs. The last time they were discussing what it meant to turn the other cheek to a person who strikes you.

Vinnitsa. After the English school, the groups became more stable. Now the team is working on the quality of the English lessons and the discussions. Tanya has left the team for a few months to study, but Sergei and Yulia are trying to keep up. Their strength is their desire to work.

Kherson. The team has started two groups at the same time at one of the city organizations. One of them is the English group. While the other one is based on Kay ArthurRs course SMarriage Without Sorrow.T On October 24, the team organized a big meeting for people from the groups and called it, SItRs good to be together.T This included discussions on what it means to be a group.

Sympheropol. The groups from the last year have begun again, and new ones have been started. The English groups are now more stable. The team is thankful to God for their 3 lay leaders that teach English on all three levels.
The church SLove of ChristT celebrated its 5^th birthday this month.

Zhitomir. This month all efforts went toward starting new groups after the English school. Also, the team was working with lay leaders. They met with them regularly to discuss their needs and problems. The teamRs strength is the desire to serve God and the relationships with people.

Kiev. This team advertised and had new people begin to come to English and German groups. Both the number of people and the level of their involvement changed. They became more interested. People started to consider Christian values for themselves. They understood that God is a person. The team also shows movies almost every week at the medical school dormitory. This helps students to become more open.

Lviv. As a result of the English school, two new groups have been started. After the business project that took place in October 10-15, they formed the group--Business English. Two people from that project joined the regular English + Bible class. Next month, the team is planning to start a new home group and continue raising leaders of small groups.

Dnipropetrovsk. The English club continues its work. Besides, the team is planning to start a Bible Club at the library as well as the Tourist Club SEcclesia.T The main activities of the tourist club will be hiking, sports, and tourism. The Sunday meetings for spiritual development have good potential to grow into church meetings. The team has started to change the format of the meetings to be more like a church service.

Donetsk. New English groups were started after the English schools. People are very interested in learning English. Their interest in the Bible is not that big, but at least they are ready to listen. The team started to work on planting a church. They meet on Saturdays for worship and hope this meeting will grow into a church. They think their strength is the ability to talk about problems openly with each other.

Zaporozhie. This team is the winner this month. They have the biggest number of groups. When they were advertising the business project, lots of people got interested in regular English and Bible study groups. At the Saturday meeting, the group of people decided to start preparing for baptism. The team together with lay leaders decided to start a Drama group. They have rehearsals, good fellowship, and just learn how to serve God together.

Odessa. This month the team had two projects V the English school and the teachersR conference. The results will come next month--new contacts will turn into the new groups that will help the churches grow. May God bless them!
