In August, all of International Partnerships’ staff gathered for their bi-annual Training Conference. It was a special time of fellowship with the Lord and with each other. It was wonderfully filled with the Holy Spirit. Nila Semenyuk from the Kherson team shares her impressions of the conference:

    “When I go to our Training Conferences I always expect something special, interesting and useful. This time I definitely got what I expected. The topics were interesting: building a church and “building” our soul.

    These two topics combined together very well as it is impossible to build a healthy church without having a healthy soul. The seminars inspired us to take good care of our souls so that they blossom and give fruit. I wish all of our life was a prayer breath glorifying God. I also want our churches to be so attractive that people won’t be able to stay away. That is what God called us for. We can’t afford not to be attractive and interesting to people. When you know your calling, your hands are strengthened even at difficult times. Sometimes our plans get ruined but God’s vision is never destroyed. This thought really inspires and encourages me.

    One of the biggest joys of the conference is always meeting teams from other cities. We can share our blessings and our challenges, pray together, and thank God for doing so many wonderful things through our ministry. We have the most special time of worship together filled with the Holy Spirit.”
